The cats

So, we have 2 cats.. Gracie and Scuttle. Scuttle is 12 and Gracie is 1 1/2. They love to fight and destroy the house. As you can see.. Gracie is the evil looking one. She encountered her first dog this past weekend. She wasn't quite sure about Spencer, but decided he was pretty cool after all. Scuttle did the usual... she hid in the closet.

Decorating

David and I went to the Cherry Creek Arts Festival this past weekend. Lots of cool paintings and art work.... but neither of us could understand how you pay that much for a bunch of splotchy paintings. So... being the crazy creative one that I am, I made a trip to Michaels and bought some canvas, paint brushes and acrylic paint. My next task is to create some really fun paintings for the house. The one is almost done, and I am hoping that my efforts are not in total vain. Pictures to be posted soon.
